All new players are welcome, we have a fantastic indoor facility that means we can train in all weathers.

New players simply come along to the relevant session, have a word with a coach and join in!
What does it cost? There's no charge for the first couple of sessions, if you enjoy it then great, become a member and have some fun and play some cricket. Membership starts at £35 for a junior player for the year and matches attract a £2 match fee.
What equipment do I need? We have all you need to join in with the training sessions and start to learn to play the game. If you progress to playing with a hard cricket ball then boys will need a abdominal protector (cricket box) and your coach can discuss what extra equipment you may need.
When will I get to play matches? All players that show commitment to attending training regularly and pay membership of the club will have the opportunity to play matches. We operate 7 teams in the youth section so theirs plenty of opportunity to play however not all players get to play all matches and coaches try to balance it out to give opportunities to all.
Any questions or queries then ask a coach at training or email us at youth@wsmcc.co.uk
